Lost Lake
We headed up to Whistler again this weekend....a bit of work and a bit of pleasure. On Saturday, we took a walk to Lost Lake...the weather was crisp and sunny! Millie loved the ducks and picking up pine cones.....lots of "oohs" and "aaaahs" and "wow's!" I know it looks like a lot of the same shots, but it's so hard to decide between pictures, because we think they're all soooooo cute! :)

Such a toddler!
Millie is definitely no longer a baby! She is a true toddler. She has us laughing all the time at her little antics. She knows how to get a chuckle out of us :) Her new thing is to say "ooooh" or "oh!" at things she finds fascinating...which these days is just about everything. You can tell she's doing this in most of her photos!

Happy Monday!
I think this past weekend, might have been our last bout of warm weather. We woke up to rain and cold this morning. But the sun was here all weekend, so we were out enjoying ourselves. Believe it or not, we had yet another yard sale! That makes 4 for this year alone! But we pretty much got rid of everything!!! We had our annual block party on Saturday night. It was great. The street was blocked off to cars, so all the kids were our riding their bikes, playing hockey, drawing in the streets....Millie thought this was fabulous!!! She was really into the street chalk! Sunday, we headed to a local park and played soccer! It was a great weekend!
You can see how much Millie is growing!! She is doing something new everyday! She talks so much. I'm still trying to get video of Millie walking...but in typical Millie fashion, as soon as I turn the camera on her, she gets down on all fours :)! Little stinker!!!

i think she got more chalk on her, than the street. Her bath water was very colorful that evening !
She LOVES balloons! We now always have to shop at Choices (our local market) because they give out balloons (good marketing tactic) and they have a mechanical horse. Even just driving by, Millie says "boon!" and "hosey!"

Love looong weekends....
...and we still have one day left...yay!!! Thought I would get some pictures up from the last couple of days. We made another family trip to Whistler this weekend, as Jaimeson had a mountain bike event up there. We had a blast....although, it poured rain and was freezing...but we didn't care...it's Whistler! Millie is now walking...that's right!! Big girl! It's amazing how fast she is....yikes!!! We'll get some video up soon :)
