Crazy Cute!

Water Baby!

This little lady had the best summer, swimming every single day!!!  She is a natural in the water.  In just 6 short weeks, she bumped up 3 levels in swim school!   She can now swim the length of the pool on her own, with no help/floaties...as she says "no nothin!"  Woohoo, Millie!

Sizing

kids clothing sizes can be so off.  Esmee has had an incredible growth spurt over the summer.  She's outgrown a lot of her size 3's.  But....she was going through some of her old clothes and found this size 12-18 month bathing suit...and it still fits....perfectly!   hmmmmm......

Pool Stars!

One of our favorite summer activities this year has been setting 

down the rakes or hammers and jamming up to our community

pool for a late afternoon swim. The girls just love the break, 

and never, ever want to get out of the pool. This weekend, 

I set up our GoPro with its waterproof housing to capture

a few images of the good times. Oh yeah, there's even a 

little video down there if you want to watch.

Daydreamer...

Remlinger Farms.

We headed an hour east of Seattle to Remlinger Farms in Carnation, WA.  Lots of rides, berry picking, ponies and good ol' fashion fun!!

Their ponies were Pumpkin and Peaches

Ezzy didn't meet the height requirement for a couple of rides, so when she got to this one she was sooooo happy!

She's growing up....

 Esmee ADORES Millie (and vice versa) and pretty much what Millie says goes!  She will do and say just about anything that Millie does and says.   A few weeks ago Millie had a playdate over and I heard a bit of arguing between Millie and her friend downstairs in the playroom.  When I started walking down the stairs to intervene, I heard Millie say "you can talk about me all you want, but don't talk about my sister!"  And then very quickly, arms folded, Esmee followed it up with "yeah!....you can talk about Millie all you want, but don't talk about me!"  It was the sweetest, funniest moment....and made me so proud of both of them!  I know deep down what Esmee meant to say ;) Makes my heart swell knowing they've got each others backs. I didn't need to jump to their rescue ;)
