Millie got herself wedged into a tiny space between our hutch and the wall...she looked to me to get her out :)

Nothing says "back to school" like a rollneck sweater...especially on a crisp, cloudy day.  Throw in some baggy, rolled-up jeans and some spiffy sneakers and i could easily pass for an upper-classman ;)

These videos make me laugh out loud...she is just so determined to push that car!!!!  Her little swagger as she walks is SOOOO cute!  Big thanks to Spencer Cugier for loaning Millie his walking gadget!!  It seems to be working......we'll let you know when she's "hands free!" 

Shoes glorious shoes....

Now I never thought I would be jealous of my daughter...let alone, my 1 year old....BUUUUUT...check out her shoe collection!!!  These pictures don't do it justice....and I simply could not fit all of her shoes in the shot....but Millie is STYLED out in the foot department!!!!

The Heat is On....

Whew....it is smokin hot in the Northwest!!! (or as they say in Canada...the Southwest!)  We've hit triple digits on a few days and are now sitting "comfy" in the 90's....it's humid with no A/C...but we're not complaining...we know soon enough the rains will be back.  We're pretty much playing with whatever water gadgets we can find these days...millie loves her water station.  And when it's this hot out, you don't just play with it, you occasionally drink from it as well to rehydrate...as both Millie and Walter demonstrate in the pictures below!!
