Oh What a Day!!!

Billy and Olga's wedding was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! Not only was it the first truly sunny day of the season, 74 degrees and not a cloud in the sky, it took place in the breathtaking rose garden. It felt like we were in the English country side. Spectacular gardens, fountains, ponds birds and butterflies...perfect. Olga looked beautiful and Billy was not so shabby himself. Millie, Esmee and Haley were flower girls and Logan was the ring bearer. They all took their roles very serious and were so proud to be a part of it. It was an amazing, intimate ceremony with only immediate family in attendance. The reception was 5 star, at the Edgewater Inn, in their epic restaurant, Six-Seven. The food was delicious and the view was unbeatable. It was truly a magical celebration. This is only a small sample of photos...i will post more once the professionals arrive. Congratulations, Billy and Olga...we love you!!

Space Needle

Millie has wanted to go up the space needle ever since we moved back to Seattle. We've talked about it, but have yet to do it...until this past saturday. The Deison's were in town for Billy's wedding weekend, so Jaim and Millie joined them on the ascent. Millie LOVED it. She could see our house from the top! She's always imagined that Nina and Star, two characters from one of her shows, lived at the top. She was a little disappointed that they weren't there when she visited...but she had a blast none-the-less!

Memorial Fun (part 3)

We capped off the weekend with a great dinner at our dear friend, Sasha's. She has the BEST house in Greenwood and she made the girls feel like a million bucks. Millie was her right hand pizza helper and was overjoyed with the responsibility. The pizzas were yummy and the company was FABULOUS!! Great weekend!!

Memorial Day (part 2)

Millie and Jaimeson headed down to Folklife Festival at the Seattle Center on Monday to see the "Recess Monkeys" play live outside. A great kids band. Millie loved dancing in the fountain and people watching!!! The weather was great all weekend.....and it was "supposed" to rain!

Memorial Day Weekend Fun (Part 1)

We kicked off our holiday weekend with a ferry ride to Kingston, on the olympic peninsula...about a 30 minute sail. The girls loved being on the water and the town was so adorable. We ate crepes for lunch at a quaint little spot and then played soccer in the town park, right on the water!! It was a great, impromptu weekend "get away!"
