Happy Monday!

Wonderful Weekend!!

We had an awesome weekend!!  The weather was GORGEOUS...feels like summer...which, for the NW, is unusual this early!!  But we're not complaining!!  We hit up our favorite restaurant in the neighborhood on Friday and came home and had an amateur jam session on Millie's new guitar.  We all took turns strumming.  Saturday, we worked in the yard and our dear friends, Sasha and Erin came up from Seattle.  They were here to run the Vancouver marathon (yeah, girls!).  We had an awesome dinner/time with them.  Always good company.  Millie was on fire...she hung out with us until 9:30..."talking" up a storm!!  Sunday, we went to an amazing park in our hood, with one of the best views of the city.  We gave Millie her first soccer lesson and she had a blast!  We finished the evening off watching hockey at a local bar.   Great weekend...we're pooped!!!!

One night in Whistler

Jaimeson has been in Whistler for most of the week, for World Ski and Snow and Grenade Games.  So, we decided to join him on Thursday for a night.  Always a good time in Whistler.  We had some eats and drinks on the patio at Dublin-House and walked the village in amazing spring temperatures...the sun was definitely shining.  Good times!!

Whistler loves dogs and dogs love Whistler!  The Westin is super dog-friendly and Walter is allowed at most restaurant patios in the village....cool!

Per usual, Millie was not wanting to take her nap the other day.  She just was not having it.  So, I said "ok, if you're not going to take a nap, how about Walter?"  She thought this was soooooooooooooo funny!!  Walter seemed comfortable with it too ;-)!
